The Office
A few years ago, I really hated a certain TV show called the office. It was stupid and boring and really not funny. A short time ago I recently watched a few episodes of this same TV show, and realized that I quite enjoy it now. Why might this be? I don't feel as if my sense of humor has changed much in the past few years, but perhaps it has without warning me.

opinions
Sometimes I like to be neutral. It's a very comfortable place for me to be. I love Switzerland. It's true that I understand both sides of the issue, and I really would prefer not to take sides. I mean really, why hurt the other sides feelings? So when I'm faced with a paper called an opinion editorial, I don't quite know what to do. I start writing a paper, and then realize that I'm writing for the wrong side of the issue, so I switch sides, and realize the same thing but about the opposite side. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth, kind of like a tug of war game that will never end because both sides are strong and awesome.

Prioritize
Yesterday I was talking to my friend named Braden on the telephone. He was telling me about his Sunday School lesson, which was about prioritizing. It was the usual lesson, where you try to fit everything in a jar, but it won't all fit unless you put them in the right order. They always compare this to life, and how if you don't do things in the right order then you won't be able to get everything done. Braden was saying that the big things that go in first represent the church things, and the second things that go in are school, work, etc., and then the last stuff you put in that filters through the rest is the fun stuff in life. It made me realize that I've been kind of slacking on church stuff, so I'm going to do better, because then I'll do better in my school stuff too! It's always great talking to people you put things into perspective.
