good-bye social life :(

Due to my lack of study skills in past semesters I have been asked to meet with a peer coach and academic advisor every week this semester.  My academic advisor seems pretty great, but every time I go she tells me how worried she is that I'm not going to do well this semester, because I have some pretty hard classes.  Every time I hear her say that it makes me really want to show her that I can do well despite taking hard classes, so I've decided this is my semester that I really am going to be awesome at studying and attending class and doing all those other things that good students do.  It's true that I will no longer have a social life, not that I really had one to begin with.  The really hard thing is I won't even be able to see my great friends like Screech Powers, Sheldon Cooper, or Barney Stinson, but getting good grades will totes be worth it in the end.
